Begin with the goal
Before choosing an approach to Same-Day Delivery, define what you want to change and how you will recognize progress. A clear goal gives every later decision a useful reference point.
Make the brief useful
Describe your priorities, timing, and practical constraints. Relay Transport can then focus the conversation on the details that matter to your situation.
Agree on the next step
A good first discussion should end with a clear scope and a sensible next action. Keep the plan simple enough to review as the work develops.
